In Florida the Republican Governor rejected the State’s Legislators to submit his own Congressional map for them to approve, which they did.

With the difference between the Republicans and Democrats being 1.1%, one could reasonably assume a fair distribution of congressional districts to be equal or, at most, one district different. Even though the difference is near 1% the Republican have majority in 71.4% of the districts.

If at any point the government no longer represents the majority of the people, can one honestly say it is a democracy?
