Why not? Do you really think there is nothing we can do? Life is a series of choices we make. No matter how insignificant they seem, every choice we make impacts someone, and sometimes those choices added up with everyone else's make a big difference.
Remember, a world leader is only one person, a single individual. So is a President, Chairman and revolutionary.
